Easy and sooo good!! mac and cheese: Ingredients: 1 lb (1 box) al dente elbow noodles 1 lb cheddar cheese (or mix with mozzarella cheese too). 4 tablespoons butter. 1/2 cup milk (or heavy cream) Whisk 1 egg with the milk, melted butter & salt n pepper, then mix in the noodles. Add your cheese. Put in your greased pan, bake at 350 for about 15 min. You can top off with bread crumbs for a crunch.
