From 2016 – 2022 Wētā Workshop collaborated with James Cameron, Jon Landau, and their team on Avatar: The Way of Water. For the Workshop, this was a welcome return to the world of Pandora, and it was a pleasure to design and manufacture costumes and props for both the Na'vi and human characters. A ceremonial bow based on the movie Avatar, specifically the bow that Neytiri's father Eytukan hands over to her before he passes away. The movie Avatar inspired me alot to over the years to learn 3D. Used references: Direct images from the movie and from Weta Workshop Modelled in Maya and Zbrush, textures made in Painter, Designer and Photoshop, render in Marmoset.
