You’ll need: 1 5oz can of tuna in water  50g non fat plain Greek yogurt 10g green onion 25g onion 1-2 tbsp sweet relish  1 tsp sriracha  1 tbsp lite mayo Salt & pepper to taste  How to make: Drain can of tuna and add to a bowl with rest of ingredients. You can add more or less sriracha to your taste and heat preference.   Mix well, serve with lavash chips, veggies, on a wrap, in lettuce wraps, salad, lite bread... so versatile!  Store in airtight container in refrigerator. Perfect for meal prep too!
