Lynn S. in California felt that her home's exterior design was dated. She wanted to modernize things, so the brick&batten team worked with her to create the fresh design she was after. While she was bringing her design to life, Lynn found a few creative work-arounds to stay within her budget amidst the heightened cost of materials and longer lead times. Sharing some exterior ideas with you. In Arizona you see a lot of brown color, stucco, adobe style, and southwestern style but I was happy to find our style here too. You have Arcadia neighborhood in Phoenix, Sterling Grove in Surprise and Rafter House Homebuilder. (Some of these pics are from these 3) All have been inspiring to us. The James Hardie company's fiber cement panels can be butted to each other or can be installed with a reveal between each panel. I love this look for contemporary houses. It almost looks like steel, but it won't rust.
