Scrivano house fixer upper

OHU50K first featured this fixer upper Victorian home back in May 2021. It sold in August 2021 for $29,900. Looks like they attempted some work, but the home needs a full restoration. The c.1905 Victorian cottage is located in the in a historic district. The street forms a portion of the western boundary of the district that is filled with wonderful old homes.
