Not to self diagnose

i literally have all the symptoms but without diagnose i just feel like they arent valid you know 😭😭 + i dont want to self diagnose

having bpd means EVERY. ASPECT. OF. LIFE. IS. Don't self-diagnose!!! Get real help! I honestly dislike when someone diagnosis themselves. I have many doctors and done a lot paperwork. It's all real.
