The details on the facade and door featuring both Renaissance and Art Deco architectural styles. The Madison Belmont building at 181 Madison Avenue on the corner of East 34th Street in Manhattan, New York City was built in 1924-25 in the neo-Renaissance style combined with aspects of modern design. The ironwork is by Edgar Brandt. The building was designated a NYC landmark on September 20, 2011
