This quick and easy cake is perfect for Sunday brunches or guests. My friend served it when we visited in Minnesota and it's been one of our family favorites ever since!

Ciambellone is a classic Italian breakfast cake that has a light citrus and vanilla aroma and a moist texture. It's often enjoyed in the morning with a cappuccino or as an afternoon snack and can be eaten on its own.

I'm going to push my opinion-quota by saying that the US is the least tea-cultured among the other places I've lived in (Taiwan, Vancouver, Hong Kong... Beijing).
