The Norman Conquests/ Living Together. Milwaukee Repertory Theatre. Scenic design by Linda Buchanan. The element of design jumps out on this scenic design because of all the rectangular shapes. The decorations on the wall as well as the framing appear to be a rectangle inside of a rectangle. The picture frames, the rug, and the windows all follow the rectangular shape element of design. It gives a mass effect of three dimension to the room.
