"Wrap it up" kinesiology tape. I have a partial tear in my meniscus from a sports injury a few years back. My knee gives me fits when I run and lift, with a loose feeling and minimal pain. This tape mad a substantial difference in my running and a complete fix in lifting. Highly recommend.
