Sometimes less is more. This week we are keeping it simple with a gin and tonic, however we decided to use Empress Gin which is handcrafted botanical gin made with a signature blend of black tea and butterfly pea blossom. The vibrant fruity flavours of the Tropical Spring Punch lend perfectly to sunny weather sipping! 🍍🥥 RECIPE: Add 2 oz pineapple juice, 2 oz lime juice, 2 tsp coconut syrup, 1½ oz tonic or sparkling water, and 1 oz coconut cream to a cocktail glass with ice. Give it a little mix with a spoon, then add 2 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin on top. Garnish with a pineapple slice, and enjoy.
