First things first let me clarify: ❗️Theres a big difference between what your ‘core’ is and what your ‘abs’ are.

1️⃣ Abs - short for abdominals - are the muscles on the very front of your stomach area.

2️⃣ Your core is made up of multiple different muscles including the pelvic floor, obliques, erector spinae (lower back muscles), transverse abdominis (a deep, corset-like muscle) AND the abs.
