People of the Indigenous Australian community have fell into poverty as they have been victims of racism. Ever since the first white Europeans landed the Indigenous people have been made fun of and have been regarded as outcast through out most of the 20th century. The Indigenous people didn't have any weapons or did anything, they were just placed a side and forgotten about by the government, communities and by most of the nation. Indigenous Australians own this land but was push off.

Aboriginal culture in Canada is fascinating. Here are some First Nations cultural sites in BC and the Yukon that I've found particulary interesting.
