Items needed: -pool noodles -colored tape -shipping tape -broomstick -clear plastic wrap -bows For both lollipops, tape two different-colored pool noodles together with clear shipping tape, then add two different-colored duck tape. *For the giant circular lollipop, roll and hot glue. Create a hole using a knife, then slice the painted broomstick through. *Using some muscle 💪, bend the noodle around the broomstick for the long lollipop, taping as you go.
