Crepes are a birthday tradition around here. And I always have to double the recipe. (I have a million children and they constantly need food 😅)

Here are a few tips I’ve learned along the way:

*I don’t love the crepe makers that you dip the batter into. I know some people love them. If you love that method, I’m not asking you to switch. I just couldn’t get into a groove with it.

*I have tried so many different pans for crepes.
