Baldacchino in St. Peter's, Roma by BERNINI 1624-1633 He was asked to solve and design the main altar of St Peters at his 20s. His idea was to build a canopy over the altar. Solomonic column (twisted column) that symbolises the link between christianity and hebrew religion. It is 28 meters long, architectural object that redefines space, as it scales down and point to the main altar.
