Avatar sea animals

This was a dream job to work with icon director James Cameron and many amazing artists that i had the honor to learn from ......many amazing talented artist did stunning design work before me....in the end Cameron did a few sketches that established the design i refined it in detail with added brilliant artists ,Our amazing Poduction Designer Dylan Cole and creature design team Zach Berger,Ian Joyner and Daphanie Yap.......So humbled to b apart of this film and team.

Tulkun are a large marine whale-like species native to the oceans of Pandora. These sea animals are highly intelligent and bond with the Metkayina clan. Despite their sapience, the Resources Development Administration slaughters them to harvest their amrita. The tulkun is presumably the largest fauna on Pandora, being up to 300 feet (91.4 meters) long when fully grown, 3x bigger than even the largest Blue Whale. They are also sexually dimorphic with the males typically being 8-10 meters...
