Christmas Tree Cheese Board - you could use red and green apples too, or strawberries.  Or mini-bocconcini balls and cherry/grape tomatoes with something green ... cucmbers, basil. Why didn't I think of this?

The only supplies you need to make these festive candy cane name holders are candy canes (in color of your choice), a hot glue gun, some pretty ribbon and name cards with your guests names printed on them. Glue three candy canes upside down to create an easel and place your name card to be displayed.
Apothocary jars.  Will make these this Christmas to display on my kitchen island.
