Good morning! Today I added a little house, ala @nanette3426 , who has been inspiring me for years. Today the spiral centered on the sun, radiating down. I’ve been hearing Tennyson’s The Splendor Falls in my head, so I’ve got the long light shaking across the lake this morning. Maybe I’ll find some blue and have some wild cataracts tomorrow. I’ve made a small wall hanging with some plant dyed scraps of linen that I have embellished with DMC’s new Eco Vita naturally dyed organic wool threads. There is a wide range of colours that sit so beautifully against my fabrics. I love how naturally dyed tones sit so well together and I think the matt texture complements the linen really well.
