No bake, Fudgy Brownies ✨ These rich brownies are super delicious, and you only need 10 minutes and 3 ingredients to make them. Plus, they are healthy and you can enjoy them in your weight loss journey as well when you crave for something sweet 😋❤️ 1 cup walnuts 10 pitted dates (I used Mejdool) 8 tbsp cocoa powder Pinch of salt (optional) * Add all the ingredients to a blender jar. The mixture should be sticky and it should hold together. If you feel the mixture is not sticky enough or too dry, add 1-2 tsp of water and blend again. * Transfer the mixture to a lined tin and refrigerate for half an hour or more if you have that much patience, haha. * Then cut into slices and enjoy! You can store these in the fridge for a month. You can also drizzle some melted chocolate on top

Ingredients: • 1/4 cup dark chocolate • 1 tbsp butter • 1/4 cup condensed milk • 2 tbsp flour • 1 tbsp cocoa powder • 1/8 tsp baking powder Topping • Dark, milk and white chocolate chips Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees celsius and line a 4 inch square tin with the parchment paper leaving extra handles on atleast two sides. 2. Melt the dark chocolate and mix in melted butter. 3. Add in condensed milk and mix it in. 4. Sift in flour, cocoa powder and baking powder together and fold the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients. 5. Pour your batter in your lined pan and flatten it using a spatula and top it with dark, milk and white chocolate chips. 6. Bake at 160 degrees for 15 min. Once cooled, cut it into small pieces.

Chocolate Oats Cake
30min · 4 servings Recipe : • 1 cup oats flour • 1 cup coconut sugar or any sugar you like • 3 tbsp of oil • 3 tbsp of unsweetened dark cocoa powder • 3/4th cup milk of choice • 1 medium overripe banana mashed • 1 tsp vanilla essence • 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice • 1 tsp baking powder • 1 tsp soda • Add 100gms chocolate chips or 170gms of chocolate chunks chocolate Method : • 1) In a bowl take mashed banana , sugar , oil and milk and mix well. • 2) Then add vanilla essence and dry ingredients • 3) Once the dry ingredients gets mixed add vinegar and add chocolate chips or chocolate chunks . • 4) Pour it in a 6 inch cake tin or loaf tin and bake at 180deg or 350f for 25 to 30 mins • Till it comes out clean with a toothpick.
