Honey salted shortbread: 2 sticks sweet cream butter, 1/3 c honey, 2 1/2 c flour, vanilla and lemon extracts. Cream butter and honey. Add flour 1/2 c at a time. Press into ungreased shortbread mold or springform pan. Bake 350 for 30-40 min. Glaze with 2T warm honey, sprinkle with good salt. Bake 3 more minutes. Cut while still warm.
