Learning Clock For Kids – Happiness is Crafting!

Here is an educational craft project for kids – Learning Clock. This can be easily made at home and help your kids understand how the minute hand and Hour hand of clock work.

This is a kindergarten activity but this could be part of a different take home kit, included with a disposable camera. They could take pictures of what they do with their friends and families during different types of weather and then write a story about one of the pictures. They could even create a photo essay about their favorite activity to do in that particular weather.

With learning what the different weather patterns are, it is just as important to understand what causes weather. Students can create this chart as a reference. Also I could turn this chart into a game where I add a spinner to the middle of the chart and call on groups of students to give an example of a weather pattern for whichever spot the pointer lands on.

Weather & Climate - When doing a lesson over the different factors that contribute to weather, this can be a useful activity to identify the weather instruments that are utilized to measure various factors including wind speed and air pressure.
