Dr Oz Microwave Salmon 4 Minute Meal. - 8 oz salmon- 5 slices of ginger- 1 orange- 2 cloves of garlic- Fresh cilantro- Thyme- A pinch of salt and pepper- 1 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oilPlace salmon in microwaveable bowl. Place the ingredients on top of the salmon (squeeze the juice from the orange onto the salmon.) Put a hard plate on top of the microwaveable bowl. Put it in for 4 minutes.
