50g gorgonzola, 50g ricotta, 50gr Emmental grattugiato, 50gr Philadelphia cream cheese, coatings suggestions: dried fruit, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, hazelnuts ...) Mix the 4 cheeses, creating a smooth cream. Keep a couple of hours in the refrigerator or up to a few minutes before serving.
