The place for a foody lover of nature!  Dining in your own backyard, at your vacation home - just like having a picnic, only more intimate and on your own property!  For us, that’s the perfect weekend, no doubt about that.

TODAY’S BREAKFAST IDEA: a bowl of granola and fresh fruit with milk will make your morning a happy one!  You can go for strawberries & banana slices - or go crazy with more exotic fruit, like pineapple, mango, kiwi or raspberry. You can even add some hazelnuts and cashews in, with a sprinkle of dry raisins and other fruit.  It’s delicious, I promise!

A healthy, full of fiber breakfast! Yoghurt with cereal and raspberries.  The setup - while we agree it might be a little too cutsy, is actually fun. And you can do it as a statement for morning humor :) Challenge taken?

This is exactly the breakfast we were given, when we enrolled in a hiking bootcamp last year.  Our alimentation was very closely controlled and this was supposedly the perfect combination for energy, nutrition and low fat.  It’s basically rice rolls with peanut butter and banana slices on top. It doesn’t really fit everyone’s taste, but they’re effective and healthy. You should try them for breakfast or at least as an afternoon snack!

A healthy lunch for a happy heart!  Green beans and boiled eggs, with a few condiments. Personally, I’d add some parsley and basil as well - and I also like my eggs softer boiled.  But hey, that’s what recipes are for! Improving them with your own preferences!

The anatomy of a breakfast!  Toast, jam and black coffee. In this case, the jam is home-made (apple and cinnamon - if you’re the classic type, or pineapple and passion fruit - if you’re in the mood for exotic flavors!).  Good morning!
