NYT best Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe ever. -- Okay, these really are INCREDIBLE. It is KEY to refrigerate the dough for around 2 days though. Seriously, we baked some at around 6 hours and they were good but nothing special. Baked some at 24 hours and a little better, but still not enough to make me give up my current recipe. 48 hours? I may never eat another chocolate chip cookie in my life!
