biscotti bianchi e nerisi per 20-25 biscotti (Se avete intenzione di farne di più per consumarli durante tutta la settimana potete raddoppiare le dosi) 270 gr di farina 00 20 gr di cacao amaro in polvere 150 gr di burro mezzo uovo (circa 35 gr) 100 gr di zucchero a velo 1 pizzico di vanillina 1 albume per spennellare
