Zucchini Casserole | Skinnytaste    Changes I made: I had no Bisquick, so made my own substitution with flour and baking pwd. To make it low-carb, I halved the Bisquik amount. Next time, I should use 1/8 cup olive oil only. I added a lil more cheese than said.    The recipe is a keeper. Its a single bowl mix recipe which helps when you don't have too much time
