A light and easy recipe for chicken in buttered white wine pan sauce turns ordinary chicken elegant! (I didnt use broth, I used my original cream of mushroom soup in place of broth at end - after wine, since it has broth in it)
*****Paprika Chicken & Spinach with White Wine Thyme Butter Sauce. I used extra spinach and added 3 sliced tomatoes. And sliced the chicken after cooking it. Mushrooms would probably be a good addition too.
