Meal prepping for the week will ensure you have what you need and do not fall back to picking up breakfast on the way to work or going out for lunch. Prep for your entire week on Sunday. If you are participating in meal prep for the week please be prepared to eat 5-6 times a day every 2-3 hours. You MUST eat to kick in your metabolism. If you are not eating all of that exercising is for nothing. Please increase your protein. Shoot for protein.
