For the flour, I used 1/2 cup buckwheat flour, 1/2 brown rice flour, 1/2 arrowroot starch. used coconut palm sugar, and rice milk (next time will use almond milk for less calories) To reduce fat and calories, used 3 tablespoons applesauce, 1 tablespoon coconut oil. Added zest of one lemon. Stamp of approval from husband! With rice milk, 112 calories each.
