DIY Jewelry Blocks | Emily Henderson A little glue, a little block of wood and a brass dowel, suddenly you have some chic jewelry display and/or storage. This project can easily be done with found items like a kids toy block and a super light curtain rod. (Or am I the only one who has one or more hiding in a closet somewhere?)

Customize it… Jewelry Blocks 2. Hammer the sawtooth hanger onto the back of the wood block. Keyhole hooks also work in a pinch if that’s what you have on hand. 3. I chose gorilla glue since it dries clear! Hang each block on the wall and arrange your jewelry as you like.

DIY: Jewelry Tree

Wow! So easy, if you really think about it! First you find a small, strong branch. Bring it inside and spray paint it the colour you want. Mod Podge it after to make sure that it will hold up your lovely, heavy necklaces. Then you can screw it into a block of wood that you painted the same colour. Amazing!
