I'll try 30 days of squats to make my butt look this good! May need to repeat 30 day challenge like 5 or 6 times in my case.

If you haven't done this challenge I'm a living proof testimony that it works. My butt lifted and my legs are slimmer. Also it just makes you feel so good. Especially when done with protein shake.
