One of those gross things you really NEED to know as a parent- How to Clean Up Vomit…1. clean up excess off the affected area. 2. make a paste of BAKING SODA and Water; 3. Take a spatula or spoon and generously spread it onto the affected area. It is almost like frosting a cake, except way less appetizing; 3. Let it dry overnight or until it becomes a powdery consistency again; 4. Vacuum it up!; 5. Repeat if necessary. I wish I’d learned this a long, long time ago!
BreastMilk Boosting Recipes for Nursing Moms 1 cup raw Almonds 1 cup raw Cashews 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened Coconut 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips 1/2 cup freeze-dreied Raspberries 1/2 cup dried Cranberries 1/4 tsp Nutmeg Toss all ingredients together in a bowl and stir till combined. Store in an airtight container. Makes a great snack or topping for yogurt or oatmeal.

Another great construction snack! Start with a clean dump truck and serve "wrecking balls" (melon balls) for snack! Serve with some "wet cement" (milk) for a creditable CACFP snack! Serve 1/2 cup melon and 1/2 cup milk to each 1-5 year old for a creditable CACFP snack.
