Using crates to store book boxes. Zip ties hold them together!

Personalized Reading Boxes - I my classroom this would be a great time-saver. In the morning students need to make sure that they have at least 5 books in their book box and that way they are not searching during their early finisher time or during silent reading. This is also a great way to recommend books and keep track of what they are reading.

Literally Hands-On

Bags at the dollar store for each student to store their independent reading books, reading response notebooks, writer's notebooks, word work notebooks, post-it notes and a pencil. I put a command hook on each desk for them to keep their bag. It has been so much easier than finding a place to store bulky book boxes and the kids love to carry them around the classroom.

My students will keep their book boxes right here in the library when not with them around the room. I guess I better not get more than 21 students since I don't have any more room. ;) The labels came from Ladybug Teacher Files
