Wine-marinated grapes ~ Soak 1-1/2 lb seedless green grapes in white wine (1 bottle) mixed with 1/4 c sugar. After 24 hrs, scoop the grapes out, toss them with a few more tbsps sugar, and stick them in the freezer for a few hrs. Serve in martini glasses. Pour the wine marinade back into its original bottle, cork it up, and put in the fridge. Enjoy later as a sweet wine spritzer!
