These frozen chocolate pudding drops are packed with healthy avocado. And they're so easy to make! Mix freshly mashed avocado with cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Then scoop into a Ziploc® Quart Bag, snip one corner, and dot onto a chilled baking sheet. Freeze for 4 hours then pass some around for a healthier after-school snack. Serve them chilled, right out of the freezer. Tip: make pudding pops by freezing the avocado mixture in popsicle molds.
