Halupki (Slovak stuffed cabbage). I used to help my Grandma make these for Easter. My Dad's recipe was the best and the one I've pinned here is very similar.

Slovak Rolls, Kolach Rolls. These come from my Slovak Grandmother and were enjoyed at Christmas and other times of the year. Rich yeast dough rolled with fillings of walnut or popy seeds.

'Sunday Soup' is made every Sunday in Slovakia. Made with bone broth, it stimulates the digestion system and is delicious - Almost Bananas
Easter Cheese, also called hrudka, cirek, sirets, sirok, sirecz. A traditional Slovak Easter Cheese served with the Easter meal. This is served sliced and cold. It tastes like a sweet custard. (love this stuff!)
