Nausea Popsicles 3 cups strawberries 2 bananas 1 cup blueberries 1 cup apple juice 1 cup yogurt, vanilla 2 Tbsp. honey 1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger 1. Wash and cut up fruit, and add to the blender. 2. Add remaining ingredients to blender and blend on high until smooth. 3. Pour into popsicle molds (or an ice tray if you forget to buy the popsicle molds…) 4. Freeze!
Morning sickness relief! 1 lemon cut up, 1 lime cut up, 2 knuckles of ginger, and 6 mint leaves. Just refill water for a couple of days then dump down the disposal when finished (it will help clean it).
