Natural Thai Iced Tea (adapted to be vegan): Steep 6 tbsp black tea leaves with spice assortment (star anise, ground tamarind, cardamom, clove) in 6 cups boiling water for 5 minutes. Strain water. Stir in 1/2 cup sugar until dissolved. Allow to cool. Pour over ice. Add non-dairy milk and additional water, if too sweet.
