Jamie Oliver's Huge Yorkshire Puddings ~ made these recently (iftar roast dinner) - the kiddos & I LOVED them, and yup, we were awestruck by the HUMONGOUS rising (like The Blob!) whilst they were baking hehheh. Just like Nicole's photos. And did we say mmm ... <3 <3 <3. The butter certainly was key. Thanks Nic, for your input. Pure Jaime awesomeness recipe

My Favourite Yorkshire Pudding Recipe!!! Ingredients at room temperature: 2 cups flour 2 cups milk 6 eggs 1 tsp salt Mix with whisk. It's ok to leave a few lumps. If you're not going to use right away, keep at room temperature. I like the results better if the batter has sat for awhile. Put about 1/2 tsp. oil in muffin cups (bacon fat IS the best!). Heat pans in 400 F oven until very hot. Fill muffin cups about half full of batter and bake approx. 30 mins. never fails.
British Toad in the Hole! It's a delicious easy dinner, with sausages baked in Yorkshire pudding (a.k.a. pop overs). Goes great with some homemade onion gravy. Always a hit with the whole family, easy to make and oh so good!
