Frittelle d'acacia |Sbattete 2 tuorli d'uova con 200 g di zucchero, unite tre cucchiaiate d'olio poco alla volta, 250 g di farina bianca. Agg. 1/2 bicchiere di marsala un cucchiaio di lievito di birra e le due chiare montate a neve con sale. Amm. e lasciate riposare per 3 ore. I grappoli di fiori d'acacia, immergeteli interi nell'olio caldo, uno alla volta, tenendoli per il gambo finchè risulteranno dorati.
