The Foramen of Monro is the eponym for the Interventricular Foramen, the short passage that descend medially and laterally from the lateral ventricles of the brain to connect to the third ventricle. As part of the ventricular system, they contain cerebrospinal fluid and a portion of the choroid plexus. The foramen was named after Alexander Monro (1733 – 1817), a Scottish physician. Monro first described the foramen in a publication in 1783 after observing a case of hydrocephalus.

Did you know that, ounce per ounce, spirulina contains twelve times the digestible protein of beef? It's far better protein than beef, & contains a much healthier mineral balance (like magnesium) that just isn't found in beef." Did you know that a phytochemical found in chlorella can rebuild nerve damage in the brain & nervous system? That's why chlorella is being used in the recovery of patients with Alzheimer's & Parkinson's disease.
