Second Chances by Susan: Girl's Camp Crafts use 100% cotton shirts. They drew designs onto their t-shirts with sharpie markers, then dripped rubbing alcohol on the designs and watched the ink spread out.

SHARPIE TIE.DYE Place hard surface underneath white shirt to prevent bleeding. (Newspaper, plastic sheet) Place shirt over cup and put elastic around.. Use sharpies to create patterns.
