Prosciutto e Melone. Ingredients: 1/2 cup Cantaloupe. 1/4 lb Prosciutto. Process: 1.Cut cantaloupe in half, and scoop out small balls with a melon baller or rounded measuring spoon. 2.Cut prosciutto into 1/2–inch strips, approximately 6 inches long. 3.Weave prosciutto ribbon through a stack of three melon balls, and skewer with a toothpick. 4.Serve.
