Slow Cooker Kung Pao Chicken (Feb 8, 2015). Easy & Yum. I doubled the sauce, used balsamic vinegar, 6 tbsp of soy sauce (vs. 8), added 2 tsp of fresh grated ginger, & 3 tbsp Hoisin sauce, + more Sriracha & garlic. I added in chopped white onion same time as chicken. I added the cornstarch & water, & turned the heat to high & gave it 30min to thicken. Served with peanuts and green onion. Keeper.
