Jalapeno Pepper Poppers, this is my personal favorite and the only way I make these delicious bites of sin. How long you bake them determines the heat of the pepper. Everyone who tries them loves them and asks me for the recipe. I found it in the Taste of Home Mag a long time ago and I still haven't had a better one than this.
Sweet Pepper Poppers : Lay peppers on preparation surface. Slice off the front of each one, leaving a deep well and the stems intact. Fill the remaining hole with jalapeno cream cheese for a kick of heat that’s milder than traditional poppers. Top with panko breadcrumbs moistened with melted butter and bake at 400 degrees F until browned.
