I make this a lot at Golden Corral. Place a chocolate chip cookie in a dish. Swirl ice cream over the cookie. I then add hot fudge and whip cream on top. I then grab one of the chocolate cupcakes with butter-cream icing and tear the top half off. I crumble the bottom over the cream and viola. You got a perfect bite of cookie, ice cream, fudge, cream and cake in every bite. Between bites I'll eat off the newly created better portioned mini cake!
