Fireball Cider Jello Shots 1 cup Fireball 1 cup apple cider 1-1/2 packets Knox powdered gelatin Jello shooter cups Pour cider into medium sauce pan. Sprinkle gelatin on top. Do not stir. Let sit for 2 minutes to activate gelatin. Turn on low heat and stir until gelatin dissolves. Bring cider to light boil and remove from heat, Let cool slightly and add fireball. Pour mixture into cups and refrigerate to harden (about 2 hours).
Mango Pineapple Jello Shots 1 package mango Jell-o 1 cup boiling water 1/4 cup cold water 3/4 cup Mango Pineapple vodka 1. Mix jello and boiling water together until jello is desolved. 2. Stir in cold water and vodka. 3 pour mixture into 1 or 2 ounce cups with lids or disposable shot glasses and refrigerate until firm.
