This is cool just because of the systems represented.  Perhaps the roof is overkill... but I do kind of like it.  While the model isn't necessarily brilliant... if it represents a novel system, which perhaps it does-- I don't know enough, it would be a really clever and efficient way of showing it.  The vertical beam is quite interesting though.  I wonder how the rest of it fits together.  The light must be tricky-- how deep is the building then?
